Welcome to Hidden Horse Farm!  We are a small private, Christian farm where we ride for pleasure and relaxation.  Riding lessons, camps, and parties are now offered through the Equi-Kids program so please go to that page for more information.

FILM CLUB!!!  Coming Soon!! Email us if you are between the ages of 12 and 17 and would like to be involved in a new film club that will be making short films to be submitted to film festivals.  We will also be working with students and professors from the UNCSA in Winston Salem for workshops, tours and help.

Our Mission

At Hidden Horse Farm we want to provide all horse lovers an opportunity to come and ride in a non-competitive, family friendly atmosphere.  We also want to educate the rider to all the aspects of horses and their care.  Hidden Horse Farm wants to be a place were horse people of all ages and abilities can come and fellowship.

The James family having fun!!!

Dylan really plays keyboard and Andrew is drummer and guitar.

Hidden Horse Farm has changed its course and is now used as a location for indie films.  The acting bug has hit us hard!  Oh sure we still ride a little and offer riding to friends, but mostly its movies these days.

We have been blessed beyond belief and give all of our success to God.  What a ride!

Dylan just completed a trailer for "Just Mercy" in Charlotte working with Prolific Pictures.  Amazing experience watching Dylan act out intense crying scenes.

Dylan also completed an indie film "From the Woods" where he worked with the very talented director Nicholas Leapold and wonder producer "Spanish" Nick.

-Watch Andrew and Dylan in the ACC Sportsmanship commercial now playing on TV!!  Good job boys!

-8/14/08  Bonnie Sue was laid to rest.  To all the hundreds of people that learned to ride on Bonnie Sue, she was put down in the pasture where she had been retired for the past 2 years.  She lived a very long and full life and was always a great girl.  It was a hard decision but I decided to let her go before she began to suffer due to her old age.  She will be missed but I can always see a little of her attitude and kindness in her daughter Sundance.  I pray that there are animals in heaven because I can not imagine a heaven without my wonderful Bonnie Sue.

Thank you Lord for the rain and the green pastures.

Praise the Lord, O my soul;  all my inmost being, praise His holy name.  Psalm 103:1
